How does ordering work?

Choose a service and package, enter your details, describe your requirement and upload any sample files. You receive a confirmation email straight away and our team reviews your request. Where a package has a published price you can pay online; otherwise we send a written quote first.

What does “Request Quote” mean?

It means the price depends on your requirement. You submit the details, we review them and send a written quote. You are not charged anything until you accept that quote.

How do I pay?

When a package has a fixed published price and online payment is enabled, you pay securely through our payment gateway after placing your order. Otherwise we share payment details together with your quote. We never see or store your card details.

Can the price change after I order?

The amount is calculated by our server from the current price list when you place the order, so what you see is what you pay. If your requirement turns out to be different from what was described, we discuss changes with you in writing before any additional work.

How long will my project take?

Each service shows an estimated delivery range. The exact timeline depends on scope and how quickly we receive your data and feedback, and is confirmed when we agree the scope.

Which files can I upload?

PDF, images, Excel, CSV, Word, PowerPoint, text, JSON and ZIP files, up to 10 MB each and 5 files per request. If your files are larger or confidential, tell us in the form and we will arrange a secure alternative.

Is my business data safe?

Files and details you send are used only to review and deliver your project. Uploads are checked and stored privately on our server and are only available to authorised VEXONA staff. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.

Who owns the finished work?

Ownership and licence terms are confirmed in writing when we agree scope. Your data always remains yours.

Do you provide support after delivery?

Every project ends with a handover walkthrough and documentation. Any included support period is stated in your quote or package. Ongoing support and improvements can be agreed separately.

Yes. Use the custom solution form to describe what you need. We will tell you honestly whether we can help and, if so, how we would approach it.

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Terms of Service. If work has not started we will work with you to find a fair solution.
